First Meeting!

Objective:

· Picking out the team leader

· Finding out the roles which each of us will be playing

· Picking out the event which we will be studying on
Meeting Details:

· This is our topic:

"Research, measure and evaluate the key benefits the key sponsorship of the upcoming Amazing Race (or other events) received as a result of sponsoring the event."

· After going through many event on the Uniquely Singapore calendar, we have decided to pick out Singapore Beer Festival as it seems really interesting and it is the first of such event to be held in Singapore.
Dennis and I were assigned the Liaison/Communication Managers
- Responsibilities
o Communicating with Industry Partner
o Set-up interview session
o Conducting Interview
o Monitoring question setting

· It was a fun meeting and we voted Kenneth as the leader of the team.
